February '12 News Roundup

A little less lacking on the 'number of days' front this year, February for us was marked by the build-up to Kinect Sports: Season Two's second free Challenge Pack. Six more downloadable activities to slot into your game, no charge and no downside! A rundown of the Challenge Pack #2 content was unveiled mid-month, with the pack released to Xbox LIVE Marketplace just as February ticked over into March.

We were also over the moon to see the game nominated in a couple of BAFTA Games categories, especially after Kinect Sports took the Family trophy in 2011. Winners for 2012 announced on March 16th!

So that's already a couple of potential follow-up stories for March, without even going into the new Kinect Family Bundle with Kinect Sports as an extra pack-in title, or Rare's assault on the Birmingham Bolt charity event. Same time, same place next month?
